Can I withdraw to a different method?
For security, withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for deposit (AML compliance). If you deposited by card, we withdraw to that same card.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
All withdrawals are reviewed for security. Standard processing time is 1 business day from Xenith AG. Bank/crypto network processing adds additional time.
What if my card expired?
Contact support with your new card details. After verification, we can process your withdrawal to the updated card linked to your same account.
